Permitting Process

The City of Bixby will attempt to reply to e-mail messages when the mailing name and address of the sender are included with the request to reply. Requests for reply which are time-sensitive should be made by telephone or fax.

  2. Braced Wall Line Drawings plus calculations
  3. Complete Site Plan showing easements detailing accurate footage from structure to property lines including patios

A resolution determining excess capacity for sanitary sewer system, and providing for extension and expansion of sewer capacity, and determining a surcharge cost assessment to extend and expand sewer discharge capacity.
