Fire Station 2
With the extraordinary growth in residential subdivisions and retail development on the north side of Bixby, then Bixby Fire Chief Steve Abel called for a proposed replacement of Station #2 After identifying the need for the enlargement of the existing station #2
This station is designed to house two four-man companies. The 7,729 s.f. station houses a dormitory with showers and toilet facilities, kitchen and dayroom areas as well as space for three apparatus, alarm/dispatch, and a gear/tool storage area. A large training room provides space for educational as well a physical training. Special features include a decontamination area within the apparatus bay, special apparatus exhaust contaminate control systems and airlocks between the apparatus bay and living quarters.

Engine 2
2018 Ferrara Inferno Pumper has a 750 gallon tank with 1500 gpm capacity. It is equipped with Compressed Air Foam System. Engine1's primary duties are Structural Fire Suppression, Emergency Medical Services and Rescue.
Squad 2
2017 Chevy 3500 4x4 that carries a 300 gallon tank. It's primary duties are Wildland FIre Suppression.
Squad 5
1994 Chevy 2500 4x4 that carries a 300 gallon tank. It's Primary duties are Wildland FIre Suppression.
Ladder 1
2001 Pierce outfitted with a 75 foot ladder. It is equipped with 400 gallon tank with 1500 gpm capacity. It is equipped with Compressed Air Foam System. Ladder 1's primary duties are Structural Fire Suppression, Emergency Medical Services and Rescue.
QR 2 (Quick Response)
2004 International that has a 100 gallon tank and 1250 gallon per minute capability. Quick Response 2's Primary responsibilities are Structural Fire Suppression, Emergency Medical Services and Rescue.
