Special Event Permit Registration

If your group or organization plans to hold a special event within one of the other city parks, on city property, or Lake Bixhoma, please complete the City of Bixby Special Events Permit Application (PDF). Once completed, return form to the Receptionist’s Desk located within City Hall at 116 West Needles. Please review the City of Bixby Special Events Guide (PDF) while submitting the application. There is a minimum time frame of 45 days for approval of an event application form by staff. If you would like to confirm a date of availability before submitting an application please contact Event Relations Officer Bryan Toney Applications must fully completed and include a site plan before it will be processed or a date confirmation is given. Incomplete applications are held unprocessed until completed.
